Frequently Asked Questions

What are the cancellation rules?

If you cannot travel to Germany or Spain due to COVID-19 entry regulations, you will receive a refund.
If, unfortunately, the weather on your charter day is not as good as we are, the charter day can be postponed at any time free of charge or a voucher can be issued for the coming season.

Who can join?

Up to 12 guests with a minimum age of 10 years are allowed to participate. Parents are also allowed to bring children under 2 years old.
A security deposit of 2000€ will be pre-authorised on a credit card. This will be canceled if the yacht returns to the port with no damage to the guests.
The use of the water toys is at your own risk.

What should I bring with me?

– Official passport / photo ID

– Credit card for a deposit. Debit cards are not accepted.

– Beach wear, if necessary a hat for extra protection

– Tips for our charming skippers/bartenders in cash

What else should I pay attention to?
